Welcome to our holiday villa rental Website. Star Villas continue to provide quality, luxury holiday villas in Javea on the Costa Blanca region of Alicante, Spain.

All of our luxury villas have private swimming pools and all are within a short distance to the beautiful, blue flagged beaches of Javea and the Mediterranean sea. Javea is a favourite Spanish resort and having a friendly, full time staff on hand, we can always ensure a perfect holiday for you and your party on the sunny Costa Blanca.

Our Spanish holiday villa rentals are ideal for the perfect holiday, whether you require a restful, relaxing time or an action packed adventure, the location of Javea and Star Villas will provide it. First class golf courses, bridge clubs, bowls clubs, horse riding and all types of sea activities are all within easy access of the area and all available along the Costa Blanca coast.

Within easy reach of your chosen holiday villa rental you will find safe sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. All along the coast of Javea are pretty fishing villages, local markets and places of interest. The ever popular bustling resort of Benidorm is only half an hour away, as is the Terra Mitica theme park and just a little further are the more sophisticated city’s of Valencia and Alicante.

Prices of our villas are on per week basis and include all cleaning, sheets, and towels and if you are here for a second week a change of all linen (excluding long term winter rentals). One of us, Paul, Brian or Marta, will visit you at the villa, normally within a couple of hours of your arrival to check you have everything you need to ensure a perfect holiday. Anything you wish to improve your holiday, you can simply let us know and we will attempt to provide it.

 

To book your holiday in Javea, Spain simply browse through the website to find and reserve a suitable villa rental. You can also book your flights through our website – Links to all the major airlines can be found on the flights page. Having made your flight arrangements, make your deposit payment to secure your holiday villa booking.

You will notice that as soon as you reserve your villa it is marked on our web site as reserved, and you will immediately receive an email to that effect. We are happy to hold this reservation for up to 5 days to enable you to confirm your flight booking and post your deposit. After 5 days you will receive an automatic email. If you have already sent a deposit or wish to proceed with your booking, please email us so that we can extend your reservation. You may pay on-line using the safe and secure Paypal system, make a bank transfer, or send us a cheque. Once your deposit is received we will confirm your holiday villa rental as booked and confirmed.

Car hire is recommended, Victoria Cars offer a selection of excellent value rental cars, available for collection at Alicante, Valencia or Murcia airports, enabling easy access to your villa rental, no matter what time your inward flight arrives. Travel time from Alicante airport to Javea is approximately one hour along the un-congested A7 motorway. From Valencia airport allow an hour and a quarter, again a relaxed and easy journey along the Mediterranean motorway.

"This was our 2nd visit to Villa Clara. It's a lovely villa in a beautiful, private location. Villa Clara has lovely furnishings and is kept to a very high standard. The outside patio has a lovely sitting and dining area with BBQ, large swimming pool and separate hot tub with sunshine all day. Very relaxing. Paul & the team are very friendly, welcoming and helpful with excellent service. Thank you for an amazing holiday."

"Just spent two weeks at Villa Emma, a beautiful, well equipped villa in a great location (just 25 mins walk to Arenal beach and 5 mins from two supermarkets). The villa is well appointed with a beautiful pool and with plenty of space for 7 guests. Brian and Paul from Star Villas were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A fabulous holiday - we will be back."

"Once again Star Villas have done us proud with Villa Alicia. It is the most perfect villa for two families wanting to holiday together but have their own space. It’s like two villa in one with two kitchens, two dining rooms and two lounges plus numerous bedrooms and bathrooms so living space is abundant. There’s lots of space outside with so many places to eat as a group and the orange trees are an added bonus.
