This superb, newly reformed villa is situated at the base of the montgo mountain, enjoying impressive views of the montgo mountain and the open valleys. The house stands in large, enclosed grounds. The 11 X 6 metre pool is surrounded by grass and large terraces and has roman steps. Entrance to the villa brings you to an open hallway, with a modern, fully furnished kitchen with central breakfast bar, to the left, and a spacious sitting / dining room to the right. Carrying on into the hallway, the games room is to the left, with pool table, bedroom is in front, and access to the large tv room with 50″ plasma, and downstairs shower room is to the right. The house is wi-fi enabled allowing free access to internet / email. The beautiful marble staircase leads upstairs, to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a tv with DVD player, separate dressing area and a huge, modern bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There are four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Four bedrooms are ensuite, the fifth, downstairs has a separate bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have access to the large open terrace with ample seating so you could enjoy a glass of wine together before retiring to bed. The Fifth bedroom with a double bed, is located downstairs off the lounge area. The villa is less than a ten-minute drive to the blue-flagged Arenal beach and the town of Javea with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect holiday
3rd time at Villa Paulina, and I couldn’t stay at any other villa now! Brilliant time had by all, despite there being a lot of us we still felt like we had our own space and didn’t feel on top of each other. All rooms are a really good size – i wasn’t expecting this actually but there have been some modifications and there isn’t a small room anymore and the downstairs bedroom is much better! I love the BBQ area in the evenings and I challenge anyone to find a bathroom with a better view than the master bedroom! just a shame i didn’t have chance to relax in the bath ( too many kids!). PS – the bath plays music.
I found the kitchen very well equipped and even found a spoon we had left there 4 years ago!

A fantastic family holiday was had by all at Casa Villa Paulina. We found the villa exceptional clean and equipped with everything you could need. it was difficult to leave the villa as were having such a great time, everyone from a year to sixty years of age .We lost some jewellery in the villa which they found and sent on to us afterwards. Really nice people. Could not have asked for a better holiday and would love to use them again. Java itself was lovely and will come back there.

Year 6 with Start Villas. This year at Villa Paulina. WOW, what a place to have a holiday. The villa is just “to die for” it is beautiful. So much space, so many facilities, 2 lounges, pool room, large barbecue area, large outdoor space including a football pitch, not full size, but plenty big enough for a kick around. As usual, the villa was spotless when we arrived. Paul came out to see us the day after we arrived to check everything was OK. One small issue, resolved whilst he was there. Having found Star Villas Javea, with Brian, Paul and Marta looking after everything, we feel totally at ease with the whole set up. The villas we have stayed at have always been excellent. The service from Brian, Paul and Marta has always been second to none. We have already booked for next year and will continue to do so for many years to come. A great experience and we would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone. We have taken many friends to Star Villas and ALL of them have commented on how good their holidays have been. Many Thanks to the Star Villas Crew for being there for us all.

Just to say thank you to Paul for a fantastic time in his villa. I went there with my husband, 2 grown up sons, and a 4 year old Grandson and everyone was entertained with the fantastic pool, table tennis area football area and pool table. My Grandson and I loved the huge swimming pool. The villa itself was amazing with everything you could wish for. Overall and fabulous time was had by everyone. We couldn’t wish for more! Just wanted to massive say thank you to Brian and the team for a fantastic holiday at Villa Paulina. My family and the rest of our party were greatly impressed by the setting and facilities of this wonderful villa. It was clean, well maintained and had tons of living space with the STUNNING fully-featured kitchen (with washer, dishwasher and TWO fridges for drinks/food) and free Wi-Fi being particularly impressive.
The bedrooms/en suites were all good sizes too and the pool and outdoor BBQ/Table tennis area was HUGE and popular with both kids and adults alike. The setting too, with the mountain view behind the villa looked fantastic, especially at sunset.
Javea itself was also a great holiday destination with a great beach and the small port area both being different but brilliant in their own way with plenty of good eateries on offer.
All in all I wish we’d stayed longer than just a week but we hope to stay here in Javea again very soon.
