An individually designed and modern detached villa situated in the National Park area of Costa Nova, Javea. The villa is only a short walk from Cap de la Nau which is designated as an area of outstanding beauty with traditional style Spanish restaurants and panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Also a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain; the stunning secluded cove at Cala Granadella and the pretty beach at Platja de Portixol both with a restaurant on the beach.
La Casa Margarite has a large lounge, tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style with satellite tv and wifi. Patio doors lead onto a sun terrace beside the pool which has the benefit of all day sunshine. A beautiful Tuscan arch leads into the spacious dining room with new furniture and seating for eight people and atmospheric lighting for indoor dining. French doors lead onto the naya which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor entertaining beside the pool. There is a large brick barbeque for outdoor cooking.
The villa has three bedrooms, a master with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, two twin bedded rooms and a large family bathroom. All the bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. The large kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and coffee machine.
Surrounded on all sides by pretty gardens, the villa has its own orchard with seating area. The orchard is stocked with lemon, lime, orange, fig, olive and avocado trees and also grape vines and various herbs. A lawned area is perfect for children to play beside the pool and a shaded area with pine trees completes the gardens. A mountain view from the front of the house shows the perfect sunset.
Within two minutes’ walk is a German patisserie, with supermarket and restaurant. A tennis club with bar and restaurant are also within walking distance as is the Jade tennis resort with sporting facilities. The golf course in nearby Javea is set amongst pine and orange groves and is renowned for its beautiful greens and clubhouse.
The bustling town of Javea has three distinct and individual areas. The Arenal, with its blue-flagged sandy beach set in a beautiful horseshoe bay, with palm trees and play areas for children and framed by the promenade with bars and restaurants offering national and international specialties. The port area with the Marina, fish market and promenade with a choice of fishing and sporting activities including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing. The Old Town is steeped in history with its quaint cobbled streets and historic buildings. In the centre of the town is a covered indoor market selling local produce and the catch of the day. The centre of Javea is less than 3 miles away.

We spent 2 weeks in July in Villa Margarite and my husband and I and 4 kids absolutely loved every minute of it! It is a beautiful villa with everything you could need, a real home from home. Paul and Mick were available to deal with any queries or questions, and they keep the villa and pool exceptionally well maintained. The cleaners also arrived after the first week to replace bedding and towels. The villa is ideally places to visit the beautiful stony beaches at Granadella and Barraca, which were 2 of out favourites. A car is necessary if you like to explore a little further afield, as we do.I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and Star Villas, the whole experience with them was second to none. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic villa.Spotless with large grounds and good sized pool with BBQ and outside dinning area..Quite area but within walking distance of shops and bar although a car is recommended to travel into town where there are lots of good restaurants and bars.thouroughly recommended for a relaxing,peaceful break.

Wonderful villa with everything you would want.spotlessly clean with a lovely pool and barbecue area.out side dining for 6 adults and ample sunbathing space.Ample parking on gravel drive( you need a car although there are shops and bars within walking distance.) Quite and private location but plenty to do and see in town.check out the lighthouse and restaurant nearby. would highly recommend this charming modern villa.The most relaxing holiday that we have had.

We have just come home after spending a week at this lovely villa. The villa is very spacious and comfortable and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with colourful plants & trees. The lounge & dining room area have patio doors that open onto a fabulous outdoor area which overlooks the pool. There is a table & chairs to enable six people to seat comfortably if you wish to wine & dine at the villa. The kitchen is well equipped if you do wish to self-cater & there is a barbecue which overlooks the pool. We spent time at a friendly bar adjacent to the Austrian bakery & a visit to The Mirordoor fish restaurant at the lighthouse is a must. A car is advisable to explore Javea, Arenal & The Old Town which all have superb restaurants & bars. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a chilled out relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this villa. Enjoy

We have just spent two weeks in the lovely Villa Margarite. The house is maintained to a beautiful standard, tastefully decorated and with everything we needed. The grounds are so pretty, with an abundance of fruit trees and a beautiful pool.

We have stayed here twice and absolutely love this villa. The accommodation is very comfortable and to a very high standard. The villa sits in a very pretty spot with lots of pine trees nearby, has a very pretty garden and lovely big pool. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

We have stayed at this villa three times now and will definitely be returning. It has absolutely everything you could want and is that great ‘away from it all’ retreat but very close to amenities. The beautiful white sands of the Arenal beach with its great restaurants and bars is a must as is a visit or two to the port area. The villa is maintained to a very high standard.
