Villa Georgianna, which is on one level, has recently been renovated and refurbished throughout but maintains a traditional Spanish style.
The villa comprises of a large lounge and dining area with Tosca stone archway and includes TV, and wifi. Villa Georgiana has four bedrooms accommodating eight people, two en-suites and a further bathroom with shower and bidet.
All rooms throughout have the benefit of air conditioning and radiators and is therefore ideal for both summer and out of season breaks.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish washer, electric oven and gas hob and with all other necessary kitchen items and utensils. There is ample cupboard space throughout the villa in traditional wooden Spanish style.
Additionally, the villa has a large summer room with arched windows and overlooking the garden and pool area. Most of the rooms are double glazed with sliding windows and mosquito nets.
The pool, which is 10 x 5metres is on the south side of the property and enjoys the benefit of the sun from early morning until late evening. Looking north from the pool area and over the villa are spectacular views of the Montgo Mountain. To the south, views across the valley to the mountains beyond are impressive.
The villa has extensive gardens, largely down to grass, but with many varied trees, shrubs and plants. There is also a small fruit orchard and the whole property is surrounded by substantial high hedging providing privacy.
At the far end of the pool the purpose built barbecue is equipped with barbecue, fridge freezer, work surfaces and cupboards.
Around the pool area are ample chairs, tables and sun beds and a remote controlled sun blind.
The approach to the villa is through an electric gate leading to a drive and double car port.
The property is close to a supermarket and a number of good restaurants. Javea town is a 10 minute drive and The Arenal Beach area is approximately 15 minutes by car
Villa Georgiana has been created to provide comfortable accommodation with spacious areas throughout and owing to its location it is the ideal place for a great holiday.

I was here in late May – a fabulous place, great pool, lovely spacious garden – with hoopoes seen most days! Outside space perfect for relaxing with outdoor cooking facilities too.
Beautiful setting with an amazing mountain – Montgo- just behind. Several good restaurants within easy walking distance.
The accommodation itself was first class – loads of room, good layout and, very important to me, great aircon.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful place !! This really is a sensational villa, with a south facing facade under the Montgo moubntain . As the villa is on a hillside , there are beautiful views over the valley – just stunning. The villa is well and tastefully decorated inside , and has a sun room and a beautiful lounge as well as the 4 bedrooms. There is a supermarket just 5 mins drive away and 4 or 5 restaurants maybe 12 mins walk away. The towns of Denia and Javea with their quaint and busy waterfronts and harbours are just 10 mins drive away.
But its the terrace of this villa that is really beautiful; south facing , with an awning and lots of loungers and chairs , and the wonderful pool. And the peace and quiet . Although there are roads , they are not at all busy (you can count the daily traffic on one hand!!!). So once you ve stocked the fridge and cupboards , you can stay by the terrace with its gas barbecue , indefinitely , and occasionally sortie out to the local area. A beautiful villa and I thoroughly recommend it!!!!!

Georgianna is a superb villa, the gardens are full of flowers and surround a patio with pool and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were all brilliant, cool and spacious….. and I especially loved the garden room.
The local restaurants were great, offering set menu’s or a la carte, were reasonably priced with views of ‘The Montgo’. I especially favoured Xavier and it’s old town/beach areas…. If not in the pool at the villa, then a great place to be…. Garlic prawns for me!
It was great wanting for nothing in the villa, having local markets and restaurants on your doorstep, but the towns of Xavier and Denia were also so full of things to do!
Back to the villa, did I mention the choice of sun or shade, the bbq’s in the evening, different seating areas depending on the time of day plus air con inside!
Too much to say…. we’ll be back!

We had a fantastic time here ! Very spacious villa with everything we required for a superb holiday ! Villa was spotlessly clean and the beautiful pool was sparkling !! 4 very good restaurants within short walking distance and we ordered a taxi for a couple of great nights out in Denia and Javea. Also, we had a few great nights barbecuing around the pool with a couple of gin and tonics with a slice of hand – picked lemon from the adjacent lemon tree – s unique experience for us ! Thoroughly recommend and hope to return again! Thanks so much to the hosts !
