A beautiful, recently decorated villa situated at the foot of the Montgo mountain on a flat, south-facing plot with breath taking views of both the mountain and the valley. Entrance to the property is via electronic gates. The property is completely enclosed and very private.
This villa has an immaculately maintained, colourful garden housing flowering plants and shrubs from all around the world. There are several seating areas throughout the garden in both sun and shade to relax and enjoy the views. The south-facing 10 m by 4 m swimming pool has water jets located along the sides of the pool and there is plenty of space to sunbathe or play games.
The main entrance to the villa is through the spacious, south facing naya which has a seated area to relax as well as a dining area for eating al fresco. The lounge/dining room has iptv with all the main tv channels and good internet access is available throughout the whole villa and naya area.
The kitchen leads directly off the lounge/dining room and has all modern appliances including microwave and expresso coffee machine. A gas BBQ is also available for guests to use as well as a separate utility room with washing machine.
The master bedroom is situated to the left of the living area with a separate dressing area and spacious en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The bedroom has a king size bed, an integrated audio system and a private south facing terrace with steps down to the pool area.
Three further bedrooms (two double rooms and one twin room) are located to the right of the living area. One double room (with king size bed) has an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the living/dining room and kitchen areas. In addition, all the bedrooms have electric ceiling fans as an alternative to air conditioning.
To the rear of the villa is a small patio area with stairs to access a Moroccan style roof terrace which has stunning views across the Montgo Valley and to the Cumbre mountain in the distance.
To the rear of the garden is a small orchard with a variety of fruit trees including orange, lemon and pomegranate. There is a well-stocked supermarket, four restaurants and a tennis court facility for hire within a 5 minute car ride. The Arenal beach is approximately fifteen minutes by car.

I stayed at Casa Villa Flores mid June 2019. The villa has stunning views and is situated in a very quiet location at the foot of Montgo mountain, also the villa is not overlooked by any other villa’s. Flores is very well maintained and comfortable with air conditioning throughout, the pool is great and has some waterfall jets if you want to impress anyone. The garden is beautiful and again very well maintained.
I had a slight issue with the dishwasher, so I contacted Paul and he was at the villa very quickly and rectified the issue.
We as a family have been using Star Villas for many years now and I can’t recommend them highly enough for the service and quality of villa’s they provide.
